Is the mockup really free?
Yes. We make it before you pay anything, so you can see what you'd get. If you don't want it, that's fine. You owe nothing.
My work comes from word of mouth. Why do I need a website?
Most people who hear your name still look you up before they call. If they find nothing, or an old site, some ring the next tradie. A good site backs up what your customers say about you.
Do I own the website?
Yes. Once it's paid for, the website and the web address are yours. If you leave, you take them with you.
Is there a contract or a monthly fee?
No lock-in contract. Hosting is free for the first 12 months (2 years on Market Leader). After that it's $29 a month, and you can stop any time. Local SEO is extra, from $490 a month, with a 3-month minimum.
Can you get me to number 1 on Google?
No one can honestly promise that. We promise the work that moves you up: your Google listing set up properly, more reviews, and a site Google can read. It usually shows in 4 to 6 months.
I already have a website. Can you work with it?
Yes. We look at what you've got first. If it only needs a few fixes, we'll tell you. If you want a new one, we move it to your own web address and make sure nothing breaks.
Do you charge GST?
No. We're not registered for GST, so the price you see is what you pay.
Can we meet?
Yes. We can meet you in person, or talk it through on the phone. Whatever suits you.
How long does it take?
Starter is live in 7 days. Growth takes 14 days and Market Leader 21, once we have your photos and details.
